What an exciting time for the Martin Law Firm! We were able to open in 2024 to start supporting the Omaha area community. I moved to Nebraska in 2017 with my wife and we have grown our family and relationships here. I’ve been able to get experience with some wonderful attorneys in the state, and now I’m happy to get to provide legal care of my own to the community.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through potentially their hardest or best times of their lives in Family Law. I can imagine how hard that road would be to walk alone, so I’m ready to partner with you to navigate it. Please know when we work together, we are a team.

I firmly believe that everyone deserves legal representation. I strive to provide the best Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation possible. Because I’ve worked as a prosecutor in the past, I have a unique experience of knowing how both sides of an issue works. If you don’t have your estate planned, don’t worry, I can help!
